Onoki has no back trouble.
Kisame has his Sword.
They are at a desert with an ocean to their right.

Who wins?

I may be a bit biased here... But I believe Kisame can take this, 'specially since they are near the ocean. I mean, once he gets in it or creates his own lake I believe that Jinton becomes a non-factor. He could easily evade it in the water and Oonoki is not capable of spamming it, if I recall.

Kisame could also counter it with a Great Shark Bomb, but that is most likely chakra costy. And, to get up to Oonoki wouldn't be THAT hard. A Water Dome could allow Kisame to 'Swim" after Oonoki as he flies, eventually catching him in the water.

well im biased too, so we're even :)

onoki does have the ability to spam jinton, he used it a total of four times over the course of two seamless fights before being healed by tsunade, and he continued to use it afterwards. also, jinton has a 360 degree area of effect around the caster, as seen on page 10, chapter 575, destroying everything around him completely. this is most likely the effect of only the conical jinton, though, because when onoki prepared to fire his conical jinton at deidara, akatsuchi stopped him because it would destroy the island, implying that a direct hit with the beam is not necessary to kill. if onoki is smart enough to stay away from the ocean and any large body of water, which he most likely is, as he has more experience in fighting than most, i think he could win mid-high diff.

if kisame attempts to move in to steal chakra with samehada, onoki can create stone clones, and one of them will tag either samehada or kisame himself with ultra heavyweight jutsu, rendering his massive chakra supply useless.

Since Kisame is near an ocean, he can just jump into it and swim away. Onoki won't get him if he can't see him and as a shark in the water, Kisame is very fast so he can probably avoid it.

The large unescapable jinton could be countered by shooting great shark bullet at it before it grows to big. I believe that if the jinton is smaller than the GSB, the GSB will absorb it. However, if the GSB is smaller than the jinton, jinton will disintegrate it.

I'll give it to Kisame mid-high difficulty.

Kisame wins whether you put it near an ocean or not

I'm just going to copy and paste my arguement from the last thread made on this match up:

Ōnoki needs to use Chakra in order to activate his Flight Technique and . In other words, the Chakra he attempts to use for his Flight Technique would be absorbed. As for Jinton, . Jinton is countered by the Suiton: Daikōdan no Jutsu quite easily.

Onoki loses this
Kisame is not a good matchup for old people since he's way too fast and capable of outlasting them due to his bijuu level chakra reserves
