See my point? That's an outlier, ie every single other time it was used it was nowhere near that powerful. Although sure, if you want to consider it that strong apparently the Boss Toads aren't very durable because Kage Bunshin with like hundredths of exhausted Naruto's chakra withstood shinra tensei before.

Yes, easy. People use its outliers all the time but most people tank it on a regular basis. Naruto's clones withstood the blas tand Hinata was hit(twice iirc?) and didn't die.

Pain have the ability of 5 elements, lightning chakra flow should do the trick. See my point?

And check my prev post, i said bansho tenin have scale. Naruto said that nagato jutsu was more powerfull than pain themselves, that's because he only focus on his body. The same work if he only use it on deva path himself with the difference not being able to use other paths.

Weak Raiton flow in a chakra rod isn't going to stop a weight enhanced rock fist that without being enhanced knocks Jinchuriki V2 forms the hell out. And Deva has never ever implemented any kind of element so don't speculate. Maybe Nagato would be capable of such a thing but bodies which are specifically known for having 1 ability? If you can prove they can, that is.

REALLY tuff call.. i want to say deva path but i just can't decide... what is the kage's counter for push? he held back an 8 tailed naruto for some time and nearly pushed him back..

If that attack could send 3 giant toads flying like that, then it will destroy Onok's weak bones.

In order to counter basho tennin, oonoki could just massively increase his weight to reduce the pull on his body. The heavier you are, the more force it takes to move you.

As per Shinra tensei, jinton probably wouldn't work since it isn't so much of a concussive force rather than a chemical reaction that reduces everything within the barrier to atoms.
