amaterasu is a close range tech since itachi cant use it perfectly with his deteriorated eyesight, so flight counters both genjutsu and amaterasu

Seeing that particle style destroyed 25 of Madara's Susanoo clones then Susano'o is pretty much useless against Ohnoki until Yata Mirror is super OP that can resist jinton. Amaterasu will take time and Ohnoki will use particle style to counter that and kill Itachi. You already mentioned a counter to Tsukuyomi. Only way Itachi can win if he makes the first move and doesn't give Ohnoki much time to react.
In other words who attacks first and faster than the other wins.

this pretty much except that itachi won't be using any of these techs against ohnoki....! he will try to get close to ohnoki because that's where he can pull off his tricks... but in the end if itachi can run out of range of mega jinton then he can win otherwise he dies... aso can yata block jinton??

actually, Onoki can pull off a win if he has full intel.
At the start he can use moving earth core to go underground and get put out of Itachi's line of sight, then bombard Itachi with rock clones (which are immune to genjutsu.) he then just needs to tackle susanoo, which he can break using weighted boulder. Or he can blast susanoo with jinton. Or he can make rock golem go underground and scoop itachi out from under his susanoo.

i'm kinda both....! that's why i asked....! well can't be decided i guess... so i'll say if yata can block jinton then itachi wins, otherwise ohnoki wins... it seems ohnoki is a bad match up for itachi...
