Everyone just think about Itachi > Onoki mid difficult, but as for me Onoki fought Mu and Mizukage and then against Madara, so we don't know whos the strongest between him and Itachi. I think it depends on chakra, speed, intelligence and mid range fight battle.

MS can copy other techniques and helps with dodging . Thus, itachi could possibly dodge : Jinton : Particle Separation and then use it on Ooniki whilst putting Ooniki in genjutsu or ooniki's back starts hurting him
