Onoki and Tsunade vs Edo Itachi

Itachi wins. Buffed Jinton could be a problem, but the time it takes for Tsunade to get behind Oonoki and starting feeding him chakra for his jutsu, itachi already hit one of them with Amaterasu. And since he is an Edo he can do so in quick sucession.

It could go either way. The side which strikes first wins. I favor Itachi in this case though, he could fool them with genjutsu and attack while hidden with Amaterasu. His jutsu execution is superior to them. Before they can initiate a Jinton/Byakugo attack he could start counters with a kage bunshin and genjutsu, and when he goes hiding with genjutsu to cover his tracks its game over for old farts.
