Onoki and the 4 tails resemblance

Have u noticed that oonoki's collar design is very much like son goku's eyebrow horns? Color matches, as well as onoki's mustache looks kinda like son's fangs too.

Ummm it probably has something to do with Son Gokū/Four-Tails being sealed in Rōshi of Iwagakure Village...Where Ōnoki is the Third Tsuchikage...
