So basically, you put two flying enemies with the ability to destroy anything their attacks come in contact with on the molecular level, one of which can completely erase his presence, and pit them against two relatively slow, linear, predictable fighters that lack any form of attack-type versatility, and then you restrict the underdogs even more?

Onoki and Muu would each be able to take this match individually, even if you unrestrict Katsuyu. There is literally nothing the healers can do to touch either of them and they have an attack (Jinton) that bypasses Byakugo entirely. Onoki (or Muu) simply fly out of range and nuke Tsunade, Sakura, and Katsuyu.
