Mu and Deva path take this. Though Onoki can counter Chibaku Tensei like he did to Madara's meteor, and make himself heavy to prevent being drawn in with Bansho Tenin.

Hiashi and Onoki definitely win this.

-Hiashi will be capable of perceiving Mu's invisibility by seeing his bodies organs. Mu's form is only hidden because light reflects around him via his camoflage. But since light is irrelevant to the Byakugan, it should be able to see his body as it would be normally (except his chakra signature, since it would be erased).

-Onoki is more versatile than Mu since he can create clones and has an array of powerful Doton jutsu. That would mean it's Hiashi and Onoki's clone(s) versus Deva or Mu, and Onoki with his clone or without them versus Deva or Mu, both of which he can defeat with Hiashi's help.

-ST is countered by Vacuum palm and then the ST gets repelled back at Deva (enhancing the Vacuum palm). Onoki fires Jinton while his clone is distracting Mu.

-Heavy weighted boulder one shots either of the two, and super light weighted boulder makes Hiashi unstoppable. Imagine Hiashi's insane speed coupled with the fact that he does not need power to hit people with his Gentle Fist, he'd be the ultimate ***** (tenketsu) destroyer. His Rotation would be FTL!!! Lol, Chibaku tensei doesn't work like that. Onoki will be sucked into it.

Deva Path alone takes this with ease. He is fast enough to dodge Onoki's Jinton and Doton jutsu and avoid Hiashi's taijutsu and Hakke Kuhekisho. Shinra Tensei then shits on them. If you didn't restrict CT and CST it would have been an even bigger rape.
