I think Kage duo wins GaAra defends against majority of everyone's attacks bar the road oil from GAmabunta but once summoned they will either get turned really heavy or jintoned etc....

Also Gaara being former junjurchi has tail beast level chakra so onooki should b able to take chakra from Gaara to do really huge jinton finishing the Sannin duo

If Jiraiya can summon Gamabunta and perform an oil and water combo right off the bat, the battle falls in their favor immensly. Not only is Gaara rendered useless, but it takes out the possible combinations him and Onoki have.

Team 1 wins mid-high difficulty.

Onoki can lighten Gaara's sand to make it faster. Jiraiya's and Orochimaru's elemental attacks can't breach through earth golemn or Gaara's sand defence. Onoki can immobilize boss summons with one touch and plow through them with jinton laserbeam. Flight allows Onoki and Gaara to evade most of Oro's and Jiraiya's techniques. These are just the few reasons why I believe Onoki and Gaara win.

If Jiraiya started in sage mode though, I'd lean towards the Sannin.

Databook #4 states that Manda 2 resides with all the snakes in Ryuuchidou so it's under the same contract as Manda and the pips.

So basically Manda 2 isn't Kabuto's exclusive summon.

@Nattana nothing proves that Orochimaru can. Kabuto created this if you didn't know.

Manda 2 isn't Manda and until you can prove that Orochimaru has a contract with this summon, you're wrong.
