If Oonoki gets in arm range(which is extremely close) water bullet shoots him down. Not when they can jump meters in the air and use long range attacks like Gamabunta fire which roast air-born Oonoki. Gamaken blocks Danzo's wind with his shield. Sound genjutsu ends Oonoki and then Danzo gets plain out raped. ​
