Yo there NB!
Here I decided to share with you a very special little something. It's a short animated movie (1:40) wich I made for my parents as a Christmas present back in 2014. Time sure flies. Anyway, after quite a bit of time I have finally decided to make it public and paste it here.
(The very upload of this on YouTube was per request of a member here so I guess it would only be fair to show it to the rest of the base as well.)
-What's this about?-
It's basically a religious film wich presents a relationship between man and Jesus Christ, hence the title. The song that plays (wich also inspired it) is a Croatian song done by a famous singer Toni Cetinski. (No I did not ask for permission and I hope he doesn't sue me. ps Disclaimer!!)
Since I doubt any of you will understand the lyrics I have decided to post the below to get the full experience (in all it's modesty xD).
-How did you do it?-
As moderate as it may be, it did take some effort. Basically, I did it via the traditional 2D animation, meaning pen and paper on a light table. After drawing each frame I scanned them all and colored them in Photoshop. Then I mounted it all in Sony Vegas (yes I know I screwed up the aspect ratio!!!) and voila! It is complete!
If there are any animators among you I'm interested in what they have to say as well as seeing their work!
*Hope I'm not the only one who sees flaws in there xD*
