Banning someone who's been a member of the forum for 4 years because of something this minor? Uncalled for, mods. To say the least.
On topic: I am kind of hoping that the chakra that the other tailed beasts provided Naruto with will have a role in saving his life. Nothing so simple as "seal new chakra monster inside him, he will live."
As for sasuke.... I personally wouldn't mind if orochimaru took over his body... Would make oro even more of a badass villain,, one worthy of an entire new arc or manga time skip... However, this won't happen as the manga is ending this year

Realistically: the person standing near sasuke will undoubtedly save his life.. And if not.... No big loss... :bye:

There are still several ways for him to survive. You mentioned two of them.
Obito could still regain control and do rinne tensei before losing his last eye. Also Obito is the only one among them, that can put up a fight versus Madara.
Gedo Mazou arms could be sealed inside Naruto, we dno the effect though.
Minato takes back the Kuybi from dark Zetsu. He is Minato after all, and who knows what plot hax we are about to see. If Gai sensei reaches the scene, he will probably use 8th gate to fight Madara, we don't know the capacities of the 8th gate, but if it could restrain him for a while, Minato/Kakashi/Lee could take back the Kuybi and maybe even destroy black zetsu.
Of course the most likely option, is that Naruto has the part of Kurama from the sage tools sealed inside him. But really, none of the shinobi at the field (except Obito) would know how to use them I guess?
However, there is also another one, if TenTen sees Madara she can just solo him negative diff, U_U

Not being serious, but Oro could use edo tensei and bring back Chiyo... She could use her jutsu to bring back anyone who dies... She would just die, and be brought back because of edo...

The real option is: Naruto need to be left alone and rest his body. He is not going to die, and he is not going to need a sacrifice. Wait and see that Naruto has been in this same situation more than 1.
1. At vote after Sasuke vs Naruto, Naruto got a full curse seal chider in his chest. He was not sleeping on the ground. Rather, he was unconscious and inert.
2. Again Kabuto, his chakra was disconnected from Kyuubi's. He lost consciousness, his heart stopped beating and Tsunade started to cry. Yet, he woke-up.
I am pretty sure Kishi must be pissed off that the fanbase his unable to understand all these facts. Naruto is the new god of the narutoverse.
