not at all, true that Rinne is the ultimate form of Sharin but it doesn't necessarily mean that Rinne is absolutely superior than Sharin. what power of Rinnegan can take one out from kamui dimension? Nagato had Rinnegan but couldn't do anything to get out of Genjutsu

Genjutsu is yin release.... Nagato also has yin release and I'm pretty sure he can break out of it since the sharingan is derived from the rinnegan, the gen jutsu ma and pa used were sound related, if nagato gets kamui'd he's pretty much screwed but it doesn't change the fact rinnegan>MS, EMS lol

He fought Naruto, Bee, Kakashi and Lee (all of them very high jounin or Hokage level) at once and they still couldnt bring him down, and that was even with the help of Obito´s other eye that Kakashi has.

Obito wouldnt need both of his eyes to be the strongest, he would just need to destroy the other eye that Kakashi has to get rid of the only way to counter him.
