Only Kakashi can stop Kamui and everyone who has tried to make an attack last longer than 5 minutes has failed. No one has even touched Obito. Even if they did have an attack that lasted that long Obito would already be on the move or using a rinnegan jutsu to crush his opponent. Talk about freaking unstoppable without a tailed tailed beast. The only way to beat this guy is to talk no jutsu him and even then it's not an actual loss. If he would have stuck to using kamui and owning the shinobi aliance as the ten tails aka sage of six paths this war would be over and everyone would be in the dream world.

Minato and Kakashi are the only ones that can give him trouble.

Kakashi still loses to obito.

Minato is debatable since Ms obito is a lot more proficient with kamui.
