Plz do more research. Obito is a long dead. His age doesn't suit Tobi. Obito's personality is a nice person..something opposite to Tobi.

From the cracked mask of Tobi you will see that Tobi is old. However, Obito's age is more or less equal as Kakashi. So, your theory is totally wrong...
