What appears to be a group called "World Order".

And what this video is supposed to resemble: "as you might know many Japanese turn out to be working as Office Worker.
They have to folllow routine, sameness life...boring life.
So I think this MV is kinda reflect the idea of ORDER
toward Office people. You know...people have to be free
enjoy themself, laugh, have fun...write their own rule
cause the world have no rule." - loaned from a youtube user.

My opinion: Can't get more random than that. Impressive non the less!
