Did this world gone bad ?
or is it in the hands of the good ?
so i question do people suffer
-though they hide behind their masks of happiness ?
some people may say
-you must find your own happiness,
then why i always hears
-the tales of the sadness?

Did people went mad from hatred ?
or will they ever find the bliss of been kind ?
so i question is there people with kind hearts ?
maybe it's because my eyes could see things.......
things many would've choose to ignore
-while they enjoy all the blood and gore,
but forgive me, there's no happy tears in my eyes
-when i sees....the acts of the kindness of the hearts........

If no one is there to lead this world
-to the place that it should be and to that peaceful plain,
then i will fight to take it there with my actions......
even though i end up with all pain and all the hatred,
so my dear friend, don't question my pains,
if i couldn't do it and i had failed,
because then,
only in death, i may find my salvation .

A better thing you could do is physically write down all of your bad thoughts on paper and then burning the piece of paper, it really helps on a mental level.

It will take lot of paper as there been lot of thoughts going on than 24 lines i wrote in that poem maybe i could've done better if i didn't stay away from writing poems anyway thanks for suggestion .

Write down everything good about your life that you're grateful for and read it everyday when you wake up. It's alot better.
