Only a Uzumaki can use the Rinnegan to it's full potiental

First, stop assuming that the Gedo Mazo is the easiest Rinne tech to use. If it was, why didn't Nagato use it during the Konoha fight? Aslo, if I remember correctly, the first time Nagato used the Gedo Mazo it left him nearly dead.

When I say "path" I mean, the 6 bodies he's controlling. He is controlling 6 Bijuu, and their Jinjuriki's, the Gedo Mazo and was fighting on a even footing with with 2 Bijuu, and their Jinjuriki's (Naruto and Bee) and Kakashi and Gai. Doing all this, would drain anyone's chakra heavily.

You saying that he is unable to use Rinne techs because he isn't a Uzumaki is the stupidest thing I've ever heard. It's not that he can't use them, it's just that he is spending his chakra on other, more important things. You also need to realize that Nagato trained his whole life using the Rinnegan. How long has Tobi had them? Not very long.

Did you see the full fight he had between Hanzo? Do you know if he used anything else besdies the Gedo Mazo? You dont. The gedo mazo dosen't even require much chakra considering Tobi's been using it alot during this war and he only lost chakra from controlling the jinchurikis/bijuus with the outer path. Controlling dead bodies dosen't take that much chakra for a Uzumaki such as Nagato who fought a whole village using all of it's techs with the dead bodies.

Its the combine power of the EYE and BODY of the SO6P. Which means it is a Rinnegan ability but has a requirement. Also, what Madara did has nothing to do with unlimited chakara. Nagato had the same thing if you want to be technical. His version if the Rinnegan is just stronger. All you have to do is pay attention to Kabuto's reaction and his dialog on the matter. "So this is the true power of the SO6P", "I can finally tap into the power of the SO6P". Those are Kabuto's words when Madara revealed he had the Rinnegan. Why would he say this when before he had Nagato as one of his cards?

It's never been clearly said that that's from the Rinnegan. Madara didn't use chibaku tensei that was a regular meteor and of course his going to be amazed making meteors in narutoverse isn't something that happens everyday. Madara has Hashirama's powers,Rinnegan and his own powers that's why Kabuto compared him to the Sage.
