no there are other counters for amtrasu like,kamui,oro's kuarmi,gara's sand,pain's shinra tensi,block it with a shield like susano,biju's clock ,speed,turn into water ...etc
that mean all this people can counter amatrasu(madara,hashirama,obito,naruto,nagato,sasuke,minato,kakashi,oro,kabuto,garra,tobirama,gai,third raikage,AY,sujistu and his brother,may sasuri....etc)

yata didn't block kabuto's light and sound jutsu

it protects one side only as manga showed,so any strong attack on the back side can affect susano

Kabuto got raped? Maybe that is why Itachi got stabbed twice and sliced in half once. Also, it was Edo Itachi that Kabuto was fighting so we should also remember that he had infinite chakra which is the exact opposite of alive Itachi. Now if Itachi was alive; he would've easily died considering the fact that during the battle; there were 3 times when Itachi was supposed to die but managed to survive because of Edo Tensei.
Also not to forget that Sound Genjutsu > Itachi.

1) it was said that itachi can use tuskimiu one time in fight when he was healthy ,kakashi said that about part 1 itachi and itachi agreed

2)itachi himself said to sasuke that you escaped from amatrasu by oro's kuaram ,it is good jutus to counter amatrasu
