Only 6 Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist

I must say that this weeks' anime was one of the more enjoyable ones that has come out in a while, and one of the biggest contributing factors was the "Seven" Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist. However, there is one piece that doesn't fit, namely, this guy:

Don't get me wrong, the guy's a bad ass. The ability to break through any defense (does that include Susano'o?!) is great, but he's not a swordsman. His weapon, Kabutowari, is a hammer chained to a axe. If it were attached to a sickle we could have the seven communists of the mist. I think it's a huge oversight to lump in Jinin amongst legitimate swordsman. Quite frankly, Kishimoto either made a mistake, or couldn't come up with seven unique swords.

Don't take the word "swordsmen" literally. I mean does it really make that much of a difference? SMH
He still uses it in a similar way to a sword. I mean hes got an axe + hammer , yes it doesn't fit the name but what about Kisame. Hes got a fricken fish looking thingy attached to the handle. If your looking for a sword from the 7SM to criticize for its looks ,by all means criticize samehada ROFL

Why cant he have an axe+hammer and it be a sword? Its one of my favorite weapons really kewl seeing it in action in anime.

Oh and i think it was called a blunt sword or something, might actually be a sword just a different kind.

Well he's still skilled with using blades, that's probably what got him the title.
What if he just switched to that axe and blunt hammer thing due to preference.
