Yeah, so Orochimaru's scroll somehow links to Sasuke's fodder parents? Now they know all of the history of the village? People who tried to lead a coup knows what makes a shinobi? Something is not adding up here. The only person who can know more than Madara about the history of the village is Hashirama and his Hokage friends.

Well the people whom sasuke asked to orochimaru.. can be the seprate race that is yet to introduce in Manga by kishi.. lyk samurai... remember they come in existence during 5 kage summit .. so the people can be some group that holds all knowledge .. they can be some followers of rikkudo sennin...

I think we can all safely assume, that this person or plural a group of people. Orochimaru & sasuke both should be decent familiar with them, or at least heard of them. Because Sasuke did not just bring back Oro for nothing. Orochimaru should play a key role on leading the way and introducing Sasuke to those people.

It could be someone relate to Uchiha like most people assume. But I think it might be shishui even though it's kinda of far fetch. It was said that he was suicided in the naka river, however he's body was never found ?

Shisui is a skilled uchiha who use to be close with Itachi. Shisui might know a lot of about Uchiha clan which will be no surprise because he is uchiha after all. Shisui can clear up some stuff about Itachi's flashback and perhaps give Sasuke a whole new perspective on the massacre, konoha village police system, ANBU, and Root.

but It's just a guess, there is a high chance it won't be shisui but I just think it's more likely to be him than any of sage's family or relative. now why would they be willing to help sasuke ? and I don't think kishi would make them still alive... I mean.. now that's far fetch..
