I think it's Sanji's father,how can he treat his child like that.

He must be burned LOL,i want Luffy to use Double King Kong Redhawk Gun+King's Haki.

Also Luffy will save Sanji's hands becuase he learned Observation haki from Rayleigh,if it's not sea stone he will throw it away ^^
