Edit: However as someone has correctly stated, i doubt there are even enough manga pages left to do that. Kishi is (rushing) things to a close.

I don't think White Zetzu is as "capable" as BZ. That's why Kaguya created it--it had a specific design and purpose. If you look back a as is quite more potent than SZ or any other Zetzu.
