It`s the sense of danger.

you know what i mean??

the sense that you get when you see a really powerful villain and you have no idea how he can be stopped...so you actually get a feeling some people might die,if not all of them

one good example of this sense of danger for me was madara when he first got out of his coffin and demonstrated his godlike power.....at that time i seriously thought everyone was done for...

but now it`s just like mehh....you have all these powerful shinobis like hashirama, tobirama, minato, sasuke and naruto working together so you feel pretty assured that they are going to win.....or you have a positive feeling that the villain will receive talk no jutsu.

simply told i dont see the suspense and sense of danger anymore..everything seems like the victory is a sure thing.

hope madara solves that XD

anyone else feels the same??

I feel you..
Like in Naruto, it seems like everyone is actually fairly safe..
But in AOT you feel like everyone is gonna die at any moment.

Naruto giving all the shinobi alliance was a massive bs. That kyuubi cloak can tank a lot of powerful attack such as juubi's laser.

Also having Tsunade and sakura healing them constantly. Thus having Tobirama with FTG, teleporting whoever is on danger.

I can't see anyone dying anymore. The plot is real.

Well, from the start it was kinda obvious SA would be victorious. When Madara was shown, people were already making theories on how he would be defeated. I honestly didn't expect him to make it this far. I thought he'd get emotional closure when Hashi appeared.

I don't think you'd be saying this if Neji was your favorite character.

Naruto fights are too evenly based. Naruto needs a villain who literally shits on every single person he fights with minimum effort, until beaten by arrogance or some other unknown factor. I remember the Buu saga of DBZ where he literally killed everyone until there was no hope at all.

i agree, more people should be dying..it`s a war of godlike shinobis....

yes,AOT is awesome..it never gets boring..the original naruto seemed more unpredictable to me...shippuuden,especially of late is so predictable

well i always liked neji but still...it didnt feel...i dont know how to explain it....it didnt feel a major death...maybe because neji was totally neglected by kishi through almost entire shippuuden

That's one of the reason I dislike DB. For me it's so unpredictable, that it's actually really predictable. It was obvious a power up was coming in that series and that's how a villain would usually get defeated. It's too lame for me.

I agree. I've been missing that sense for a long time. Maybe Madara will take over the Juubi.

The only ones who gave that "feeling" really were part one Gaara and part one orochimaru. Some of the akatsuki did too. But once everyone gets brought back by Nagato, Kabuto, and Orochimaru, the fear of death is kind of limited.

Wasn't Obito running around with some jutsu that was capable of erasing all matter?

The only person who was affected by that for more than 5 minutes was Edo Minato

Naruto giving KCM/BM cloaks to everyone like its 7/11

Sakura/Tsunade giving 100% regenration all the time (might as well have a few thousand Tsunades and accomplish the same thing)

Minato/Tobirama teleporting anyone in danger, which is really no one because of KCM cloak + Constant Regeneration

Even in DBZ, they put in the fear that if you die twice, its over

exactly.back at that time i was shaking in expectations of what gaara would do. original naruto was much more better from this point of view

Goku died three times I believe, Krillen died at least four times, Vegeta died twice, etc. As long as there was dragonballs on another planet, they're brought back.

Original Naruto and early shippuden was better period. I was disappointed until the Itachi pursuit arc, Pein arc, and Five kage summit arc. Itachi's thing was genius, Sasuke going against Konoha giving us a good reason for Naruto vs Sasuke, and Pein was badass. Then he ruined all three in the war arc/jubi arc. Itachi=Edo tensei'd and made to look like God, Sasuke getting TNJ'd by Itachi and Hashi and wanting to be hokage, and Nagato reviving EVERYONE.

It honestly should've ended right after the summit, so it'd be Ms Sasuke vs Naruto for final battle, and maybe Ms Obito vs Ms Kakashi.. Don't know who'd take out Kabuto though, maybe a new deadlock? Ms Sasuke+Sm Naruto+Byakugyou Sakura vs SM Kabuto wit Manda 2?

In Saiyan Saga and earlier, 2 deaths was your limit, which was why everyone (except Piccolo) was afraid of dying against Nappa.

Then Planet Namek came and became all lenient with letting people come back to life. You'd think a Planet full of peace-keeping aliens that created the Dragon Balls would have stricter rules.

I agree. Kishi should take some tips from George R.R. Martin.
