One thing narutobase lacks is the inability to chat, lets assume NB has a chat group or chating ability , dnt you think it would be more interesting, you can also state other things that is needed, post your opinions

Chat kills forums. There are IRC chanels of NB though and You can always use skype and messenger etc. Next time find the correct section for it and a search button as this suggestion regularly comes up and we shoot it down.
