One thing from Masashi Kishimoto interview (2006)

SJ: Oda-sensei says he knows how One Piece will end – do you know how Naruto will end?

MK: Yes, I have the last episode clearly drawn in my mind. I’ve already decided on the layout, text and scenes. Not just the story ideas, but the visual ideas are solid.

All I have to do is just head toward the ending I have, but there are still so many things that need to be resolved before reaching that point. Maybe I have thrown in too many ideas, so I need to wrap them up neatly.

Ok... now i wonder that the ending that he had "clearly drawn in his mind" will be the same now as he thinked about it in 2006 XD. I wonder that he thought about 10 tailed beast those times.In Masashi Kishimoto mind there was probably happy ending, where akatsuki is already defeated, Sasuke will come back to konoha, and Itachi (And Jiraiya =O) will somehow get revived :O.

Sasuke coming back to konoha= ew.
Itachi being revived= meh, indifferent
Jiraiya being revived= YAY! ERO SENNIN!

Most likely wont happen, hehe.

Unfortunately I do not see Jiriaya or Itachi being revived. Sasuke becoming a good guy again on the other hand i do see happening though.

I think that the ending will be simlar to what he thought but there will be a few minor ajustments

Why would his plans change in any way? Kishi did not think of Naruto, then think of the ending, then just start drawing away. He has every step planned out and is not just making it up as he goes.
