well you tell me. ive came across many religious people who said progress in this direction is like blasphemy and should be illegal, cause only god is allowed to create "life"..... A.I. would be considered life...at least in some aspects.

So life=has to have a soul?(whatever that should be....)? So a onecell bacteria which doesnt have neither e nervous system nor a brain isnt alive then? Youre all wrong. Biologically speaking, a real A.I. robot would have a few aspect of how "live" or a living being is defined....
