In your opinion, what is tht one technique (OR TECHNIQUES) in one piece which could potentially one shot ANYONE. I emphasise on technique and not user.

It cant be any SWORDSMAN since we know that any of their slashing techniques would be useless on Buggy

I think tht Crocs moisture sucking ability he used in Impel Down is pretty hax and a one shotter. Even if u r roger or Garp, getting hit by tht would mean all moisture sucked out of u and then dying of dehydration

Probably the only technique that can one shot a characters is sugars DF, all u need is a touch and any enemy of whatever calibre isnt surviving that, otherwise I dont see any tech that can 1 hit top-tiers, until now of course.

This is agreeable. Kumas super slap could also potentially one shot, if he aims towards the sky and sends you into outer space. I would say Akainus abilities would all be one shot techs but Whitebeard proved that wrong.
