I wonder though. When MS awakened on both eyes as a result Susano'o awakens. Is that logic applies to Rinnegan as well ?

Shinju eye is equivalent to 2 simple rinnegans + 3 sharingans eyes.

Madara said he can use full power with just one, so I don't know where this "two eyes is the only way to use the whole rinnegan," fanfic is coming from.

Obito indicated that when the original owner gets both eyes, their true power shows.

Yet Nagato, used all six and he's not the original owner.

If anything, double eyes just increase the power as shown from Madara.

He went from one limbo clone to five after he implanted two eyes, nothing else change much.

Well Sasuke's single Rinnegan eye is special. His 3T on one eye combined with the 6T Rinnegan on his other eye add up to form the Juubi eye since 3+6=9. So by this, one can assume Sasuke has the Shinju eye split between two eyes. In essence, the Juubi eye is the originator of all Dojutsu, so technically, his one Rinnegan eye should be superior to 1 non-Tomoe Rinnegan, and maybe even 2 given his ability to use CT without a core and his eye being a hybrid between EMS and Rinnegan, rather than requiring a transition between eithr of the two dojutsu. But then again, that will be confirmed in the upcoming chapters.
