I didn't get one thing about ending of book Air in Legend of Korra.
In the last episode she loses all her bending abilities except air. Then she sees Anng, he restores her bending, and all of a sudden, she is able to enter the Avatar State at will. Then why Aang needed to learn about chakra gates, bla bla. And also he needed to attach himself away from Katara, while Korra clearly didn't do that with Maco. I mean why Roku, or any past Avatar didn't do the same thing with Aang? It would be much easier to stop the war.
But on the other hand, TLA would end in only one season, cause Aang in AS would solo Fire Nation.
