Well, genjutsu doesn't work on jinjuurikis....usually....

tsukuyomi works on jinchuurikis...but i think obito would counter it because he has MS plus juubi`s supply of chakra

1) Sasuke's Tsukiyomi is nothing compared to Itachi's.
2) It did work, hence the reason he couldn't move for a few seconds and noticed it.
3) Tsukiyomi is one second in the real world, so it does work on perfect jins.

OP: It works on any jin, it just won't hinder Juubito as much like it would others, considering Obito's durability.

tsukuyomi is tsukuyomi it really doesn't matter who casts it dude its the same tech that's like saying minatos regular rasengan is better than naruto a regular rasengan
