Urchins DNA won't do anything unless senju gets the Sharringan/rennigan. There's nothing that states otherwise in the manga. Senju are important for their DNA while Uchiha are important for their eyes. It's not like the Senju give their eyes to the Uchiha and it evolves into something hahaha. Best stick to the manga.
