Not cast it, but we don't know that he couldn't prepare it in the dimension as we have no f'ing clue as to how u prepare it. But for right now, preparing in the Kamui dimension makes sense to me

Why in the hell hasn't he done infinite tsukiyomi yet? He's the juubi jinchuriki, he now has conciousness, why isn't he just finishing his plan and being done with it. Now some of you may say, oh, he's only fighting EVERYONE right now, tsuki no me takes time to prepare. Welllll, why couldn't he just warp into his dimension, roflstomp kakashi, and then just peacefully proceed with the plan? Anybody have an idea as to what the hell obito is doing?

if he warped away they would just get kcm kakashi to follow him. obito is also incomplete. he still doesnt have the 8 and 9 tails power. Hes technically missing 1/3 of the juubis true complete power. maybe it takes juubis full power to instantly magnify his eyes powers and perform infinite.

really.... 7 tailed beast in the juubi and the tailed beast power level is dictated by the amount of tails they posses.

1+2= 3 3+3 =6 6+4=10 10+5 = 15 15+6= 21 21+7 = 28 tails in the juubi 8+9= 17 tails between naruto in killer bee.

17+ 28 equals 45 tails juubis complete power. Its missing 17 tails since it doesnt have hachibi and kurama.

17/45 equals roughly 37.77/100 . round 37.777 up to 38 gives you 38/100. reduce the number gives you 3.8/10. The fraction is indivisable but it equals 1/3. Before you ridicule other peoples supposed low I.Q you should try to pass 3rd grade and check your own.

I hope your not suggesting that the tailed beast are equal in strength either when its been clearly stated that the nine tails is the strongest tailed beast and the hachibi is the 2nd strongest. Common sense would have told u this when naruto deflected all thee other tailed beast bombs with only half of kyuubis complete power.

@Zaigoukyou, hmm I don't know if you can add it like that. I know that the kyuubi is the strongest one. But you can't say that he is 9X stronger than the onetails.

Also, going by your logic, you can say that the Juubi is acutally missing at least 2/3 of the tailed beast's power since 1/2 Karama was able to tie 6 tailed beasts, that way more than 9 tails. So yes, you're right, the Kyubii is much stronger than the combined might of the tailed beasts that when into the Juubi. But the 7 bijuus that went in was merely the keys to unlocking the Juubi. It's like in DBZ when Imperfect Cell absorbed 17 and 18. Perfect Cell is way stronger than both 17,18 and imperfect Cell combined.

The key point is that adding the remaining two is merely the key to unlocking the Juubi's full strength, whatever it is. But you can't say that it's Current Juubi+8tails+9tails=Complete Juubi. It doesn't add like that. The result could be more, it could be less.
