For Christ Sake, the Juubi is a country buster and arguably continent buster. One punch man only has only shown city busters. Even the hero hunter (in the webcomic) isn't that destructive.

You clearly don't understand the theme of One Punch Man, Saitama's power is infinite, he is as strong as he needs to be at any given situation and can obliterate any thing and anyone with just 1 punch if he chooses to.

I don't get what you're trying to pull, are you upset that out of nowhere this character can neg any other fictional character in existence with minimum effort even those you liked for so many years? Well that's the way he was made, he's invincible, nothing you and I or anyone else says will change that until the manga itself proves otherwise.
You claiming that the Juubi is a country buster then going on to say that Saitama is only a city buster is further proof that you don't understand his character, once again, his strength is infinite and he keeps showing greater feats with no sign of him reaching anywhere near his maximum strength.
In his fight against the galactic overlord he punched upwards, and his punch split the skies across the earth, he would've probably busted the planet if he punched downwards. And even then, the overlord stated that Saitama was clearly holding back out of sympathy.
