One of One piece's best point is the plot and the adventure feel. I don't think you accept one piece totally. Also they have released the dubbed anime upto thriller bark I guess but it has been edited and shown weirdly in the dub is what I read.

If you have no problem watching dubbed One Piece, then go ahead. It has tons of humor and epic stuff, fights are great, the world-building is amazing, and DEM FEELS in sad scenes are overwhelming. Watch out for fillers tho.
