Uranus is a sky God.
Dragon has been able to manipulate the wind mulitiple times. Well, at least it looked like him manipulating it, since it came so conveniently twice. One time at Logue town, and the second time in Goa Kingdom.
So, Dragon might have Uranus under his control. That's what my money is on. One Piece being Uranus would be too lame

What you say makes sense, ut what if the manipulation of the wind is a power from Dragon's DF, if he has one.
