So, while I was re-reading Alabasta arc I noticed Vivi mentioning that the river is 50 KM acrosd.
Well, here is a view from th top.
The Island makes 50 KM look miniscule.It is easily 3.5-4k KM across diagonally.Imagine the surrounding water's lenght.And there is no island in sight.Yet, Strawhats went from Alabasta to Jaya in days at most if even that.
If we take these implied distances we get a ship capable of crossing thousands of KM in absurd timeframes =D.Does Oda realize this lol.
Its not like this is the only time.Violet can see everything in a circle with 2k KM radius.But she cant see PH.
Strawhats went from PH to Dressrosa in a nights travel lol.4k KM in one night.Do they spam Coup de burst off-screen?
My questions are, should we take this at face value or is it too absurd? Is OP world bigger than ours?
And can Ancient weapons one shot an island the size(if you accept the size) of Alabasta?IMO they cant since I have a hard time seeing sea kings doing it.
