One Piece vs Naruto

One Piece is way better than Naruto. Naruto is boring and they always drag things. In Naruto stupid things happen without a good explanation.
One Piece is simply and exciting. One piece does not get boring because it adventures and lots of amazing things happen that you would expect.

Yeah One piece is just too odd in the sense of powers given and storyline.

I prefer Naruto cause the techniques are evenly matched an the story looks like it improves with time.

Where as One piece probably be more enjoyed on shrooms.

Better story, better character development, better humor, and it doesn't have the typical shonen elements.

I don't see how people can say "OP/Naruto manga is better, but in anime, the other is better!"
It's the same story. If one is better in anime, it has to be better in manga.

OT: I prefer One Piece. It was not what I was expecting. The simplest way to explain why OP is better is feels. Feels of sadness, feels of epicness, feels of happyness. And there's much better development and a great plot. Not only that, but every main character has a job. In Naruto, many people are neglected.

Actually, have you ever really seen OP fans in a community talking, like on OPB? Everyone gets along. There's little to no flaming and everyone is respectful to others' opinions, even if it disagrees with their own. In the Naruto community, everyone is at each other's throats.

I agree, this is exactly the case, so true ..the NB community gets butthurt just by loosing to a valid argument which is laughable

I AM one piece fan and like it more than naruto but at the moment no one can match naruto because its at its peak climax whoile on other hand one piece got lots of stuff ready for actions many many fights but my speculation is that by the time one piece reach its climax it will be so so so much much much greater than naruto

I have to be honest...

The one piece characters are some of the most one-dimensional characters I've ever seen. Nothing they want other than fighting and getting stronger. Dreams and Nakama were the only themes for like 500 chapters. And Oda stretches things to near retarded levels. There is no excuse for why the sky island arc took a whole 66 chapters.

Overall, One Piece is the more consistent story, but damn it's not because Oda is a better writer. He just took a decade to actually start the real adventure aspect to his story. And fishman island is the worst arc I've ever read in my entire life. Crazy levels of boredom.

The tournament arc is solid right now though. Very hyped for it. Overall One Piece > Naruto from a structural standpoint.

To be honest I like Naruto,that's why I'm in this base.But I prefer OP.
It has better sense of humor,its emotions is so raw that you may end up teary eyed,better characted development because each character is given a job, and has a very good story/plot.The flashbacks of OP is one of best,I say.And also,the connections of each character from one another is a point to consider.
