However since Luffy is roughly equal to (and quite likely superior to) Hiken no Ace ; and Doffy neg diffed both Trafalguy (Luffy's apparently his equal/slight superior , this wouldn't make a big impact if Doffy fought Luffy though) AND Sanji with no fatigue experienced.

Placing him easily above Ace (IMO He is between 31 and 38 accompanied with the M3,Law, Kidd and Killer.). Considering Doflamingo is scared of fighting an Admiral ; And that Sakazuki One Shotted Ace. And that Kuzan could still fight Ace on equal/superior terms with an elemental disadvantage proves how easily an Admiral will defeat Ace.

Also if you can't hit a Logia you're not even top 40. So Enel is out of the question, I was amazed anyone put him top 20.

When it comes to Enel, I think its because me and other people assumed he has armament haki. Skypia is the only arc I havent completely seen/read but I dont recall Enel ever using armament haki so......

When it comes to Enel, I think its because me and other people assumed he has armament haki. Skypia is the only arc I havent completely seen/read but I dont recall Enel ever using armament haki so......

He never used Busoshoku Haki. People expect him to have it when he comes back (even though on Vearth he won't be pushed and has nobody to learn Haki from , so he won't be any stronger on his expected return)

Why is Mihawk (hyped to be roughly as strong as Shanks ; give or take one of them is slightly stronger) in the entire tier below? He is definitely one of the top three living characters. The others being Dragon and Shanks.

I would argue that Shanks > Mihawk even with one hand but lets not get into that since it always ends up in a shitfest but here you say at the peak of their powers meaning Shanks with 2 arms.So at the peak of their power Shanks would definetly be > Mihawk

Saying "destroy" is a bit much dont you think? A fight between those 3 can either way which is why I placed Ace 1 rank higher than Flamingo. I see Ace having better chances of winning.

Luffy and Law are setting sail to ruin Doflamingo's whole underground empire and country, then Aokiji shows up when they are about to set sail. If Doffy and Aokiji went all out against each other then doffy would be at a disadvantage in the whole situation. I think that Doffy and Aokiji are similar in strength and it could go either way with High diff, taking into consideration that when people can compete with each other in one piece on Admiral+ or - level the fight can go on for days

If Doffy was locked up with aokiji at that moment then he would risk death or loss and if he beat aokiji anyway he would be screwed over coming back to dressrosa

So doffy wasnt scared, he was aware of the situation and made the right choice to not fight aokiji

That proves nothing as it can interpreted and misinterpreted in many ways. Someone will say out of respect as a fellow swordsman, someone else will probably say he's covering up the fact he thinks he will lose and I say because he knows he will win ; but likes to enjoy fights where his victory is not certain.
