Quick Note on Tiers
Shichibukai doesnt not count since anyone can become a Warlord if the World Goverment thinks your strong and infamous. "Trollking" Buggy is a perfect example.

Agreed with your list, only I'd put Prime Garp on Pirate king level. Rodger said he and Garp nearly killed each other countless of times and that Garp cornered him on a few occasions. I'd guess that'd put them on equal grounds.

Somewhat agree. I disagree with many of them though. I'll just fix one...

Hody is low-supernova tier atleast.

It seems it's somewhat broken, imo.

Pirate King tier or more known as God tier I assume was reached by only two people who were equally strong, Roger and Whitebeard.

WB was the strongest man in the world prior to his death. I don't know why you'd put him in Low Yonko Tier and have 5 people weaker than him above him. Everyone in the High Yonko, Low Yonko, Fleet Admiral, High Admiral tier and Fujitora should be put into one tier(you could use two sub tiers for this) because they're all close to one another and place Jozu/Vista/Lucky Roo/Yasopp in the lower one.

Doflamingo, Kuma, Ace, yami Teach, Magellan, Boa Hancock are not admiral tier. In that list of yours, they would need to go to the High VA tier and you'd have to bump down everyone in High Tier except for Ivankov and the two people I mentioned above.

Gotta give you points for honesty atleast. Making this list became a little difficult since I only had 2 levels instead of 3 (high, mid and low). I just went along with it and croaked.

I believe Dragon is PK tier, he is teh father of the future PK and the son of the marine who was on Rogers level

I think thatprime: Gol D Roger, Monkey D Garp, Monkey D Dragon, Gol D Ace and Monkey D Luffy would all be about the same (the minor difference being in the Devil fruits)

Also I added one character to PK tier
