This can be called a fan made top tier list, the **** so many things wrong here , give me a proof that shanks is above old WB give me a proof that teach is above old WB, how can u put up such featless characters without showing ever anything to the WSM confirmed by manga itself, basically this list is made based on ur logic>manga facts, and Mihawk is lower top tier while shanks is upper top tier when Mihawk is WSS and shanks is a swordsman, these 2 were rivals and u actually put on to low while the other to upper, so much wrong her, prime rayleigh weaker then yonkos, this is laughable simply laughable and borsalino isnt even a top tier, the shanks wank is so great that even with 0 feats/hype u get to know that he is levels above current fighters.

Jozu at a level of zoro and supernovas, again this list is laughable really, "rob lucci(post-ts)" pure gold, hahahaha do u guys have close contacts with oda or u chat with him when making this list, so much fanboism in his tier list, terrible.

If you dont agree with a part jsut say so, if enough people agree that character moves. Why are you so pissed at him for this? Did your fave not get where you wanted him to be?

This tier list is supposed to be as versatile as it comes and not isolate the opinions of others(expect retarded ones like Buggy is god tier). My personal opinion no longer matters as I am the host and it'll be "unfair" as the original placements of the characters where mine from the get go.

Place Luffy in upper mid tier. He should not be in lower higher tier with Doflamingo, when Doffy outclassed him easily. (just as easily as he did to Sanji, minus the blood). Even his clone knocked away Luffy's attack like it's nothing. You really can't be serious that they're in the same tier, if that was the case then there would be no need for having Luffy AND Luffy to fight Doffy.

Feats. Smoker has shown nothing to put him over Sanji.

Current Tier: Lower High Tier
Recommended Tier: Middle High Tier

Reasons: Sabo one shotted a high VA level fighter with one of his casual attacks. He was the no.2 of the RA before he ate the MMNM. His clash with Burgess destroyed his elbow armor that was infused with Haki. He is the user of the Mera Mera no Mi. He also has very strong Haki. He is not going to be mid diffed by Issho like several people say, Oda is now setting up the serious fights this arc and none of these fights are going to be mid diff, I dont see why Sabo vs Fujitora would be an exception. Sabo will push Issho to high diff.

Notto mention he put John Giant above Luffy. John Giant is just like every other giant, he relies on his size way too much and hasnt shown any good skills with weapons or hand to hand combat. G3 makes quick work of him.

I'm also sensing a little double standards, since nobody has anything to say about Mamonga being there, but Smoker can't be. At the least, they're on the same level. I mean come on... he's a VA and was put on the same level as Luffy and Law on Punk Hazard.

He's stronger than he's getting credit for.

The battle in the anime was way longer than it happened in the manga. Even if he can beat Sanji that doesnt make him a tier higher, he needsto be able to beat someone in that tier or push one of them to very high diff, which I dont think Smoker could do.

and garp prime should be with roger and WB.roger mentioned nearly killing each other.

I believe so. Hakuba is 2 times stronger than Cavendish who was capable to rival Chinjao(who was rivalling Luffy), has a speed so great even someone like Sabo was baffled about. I also consider the fact that since it has a timelimit, it must be a strong monster when it appears

errr.rebecca was able to dodge hakuba.not to mentioin hakuba is a short term state.luffy was able to put down rebecca while eating and not giving a ****.with sanji's observation haki +speed and zoro's arament+reaction speed hakuba is no match
