Fleet Admiral Skylar Knight took his daily walk around Marineford, holding a cup of coffee while talking to Vice-Admiral Smoker. Smoker, who was as carefree as ever, threw a cigarette on the ground while smoking another one.

"I've heard Loguetown has been crowded with pirates these past months," Skylar informed Smoker as they sat down on a bench nearby, "You sure you should have left East Blue?"

"Marines are marines, and they don't need me to protect something like the weakest sea," Smoker muttered to himself, "I'm not going back there before I've taken down him.... Strawhat!"

Skylar yawned as he stared out of the window of his office, looking at marines training and practicing for the New Era. It had been quiet for the past days, so he had been left without less than nothing on his desk. As he sat down, he fell asleep withing seconds, tilting his head as the minutes went.
