Usopp is stronger than Nami, the post said power level not skill. Even still without Usopp Nami would have nothing so that automatically puts him above her. Chopper is stronger than Brook in certain modes. Chopper in Monster mode could probably take on anyone except the Monster 3.

That was well before he learned to control his points so well though, don't act like he hasn't gotten better, Kung Fu point is boss. My only thing is how easy Oda let the monster children hurt him. I understand he wasn't going to fight them but they could have made him be able to control those kids. Franky with the Laser or Shogun suit could probably give him a run for his money but Chopper has a lot of unused potential where as Franky is pretty much what you see is what you get.

Only benefit that Monster chopper has over the time skip is that he has control now, But he was already focused on Franky in rage mode which seemed much more dangerous than 'controlled' Chopper.

Franky took him out without any troubles with a simple coup de burst in his old body.

Time skip Franky would annihilate Monster Chopper because Franky is built for destruction for big and slow targets. I think he would have much more trouble with kung fu or horn point.

So if the gap was already that big pre-skip, you shouldn't be the one to act like Franky hasn't gotten better because Chopper only learned control, and we were only talking about monster point because you said that he would beat anyone besides M3, which is not true

Luffy base =950
Luffy gears =1,300-1,500 (depending on how angry)

Zoro=920
Zoro (tht demon mode)=1,100-1,250 (he only goes in this mode when he is angry/last resort)

Sanji=895 or 900
Sanji (whole body covered in flames with lava leg) = 1,100-1,150 (when regularly enraged) 1,500 (when nami or robin has been physically hurt or treated badly by another male exp when invisible guy harassed nami it only works for short period of time)

Robin =800
Robin =950 (when fighting for her nakama)

Brook = 820
Brook= 920-960 (icy death enraged)

Chopper= 800
Chopper = 850-900 (enraged)
Chopper= 1,100 (when fully transformed into that big thing)

Franky= 830
Franky= 940 (when enraged)
Franky= 1,000 (setting off nuke)

Nami= 750
Nami= 850 (enraged)

Usoop= 800
Usoop = 850-950 (varys on how enraged he is also fighting for something he believes in he's a tank lol
