Yuudai, sitting in his office, laid back, feet on desk: "I'm so busy these days! I've finally got some time to myself! Bloody Pirates, bringing this world to ruin!", he grabs another cookie from a large bag resting on the desk, with a note next to it: 'Do not eat! For Fleet Admiral Silver!'

Suddenly, the Den Den Mushi rings. However, with a mouthful of food it's hard to talk, so Yuudai simply let the call finish. "Can't be that important if they're not ringing me back..."

"Damn it! I finished the Cookies... So hungwy! *ten second pause* There's literally nothing to do now... so bored! Maybe I'll call that guy back, see what's going on? Afterall it's my job..."

Simon Jeckel hails from a distant island in West Blue. The island stricken with years of famine and with his parents giving him the last bit of food Simon goes off to try and find fish for his family even though the ocean seemed to be barren in their part of the sea for almost an entire year. A storm brews and young Simon gets swept off to sea. Simon eats the last of his rations and spends two weeks out at sea though was starving from the beginning. Simon during the night finally drifts to an island during the night. Upon awakening the island is filled with fruit and things to eat, though no ppl.
Simon eats and regains his strength and attempts to build a boat to take some of the food back to his village, but he is attacked by vicious beasts, tearing apart his vessel. In the period of 5 weeks Simon tries dozens of times to get off the island, but to no avail. Simon can't give up so he seeks a solution. Simon ventures deep into the island and happens upon a cave. Simon begins to explore the cave having numerous close encounters, but makes it through by luck and following the indications on the wall.
Seeing the markings Simon believes that this island was visited by pirates and deeper down was probably their treasure. Simon makes it to the end of the cave and discovers a chest with no gold, but only a piece of fruit. His stomach growling Simon decides to partake of the fruit and immediately gags at the bitter taste. In his moment of depression simon notices a leaflet sprouting from under his hands and when he gets excited the sprout begins to grow even more so. Simon now had magical powers. As he dove his hands into the soil the plant grew as he willed it and he soon made it out of the cave.
With much joy Simon began to try out his new power. He took seeds from the trees and instantly he was able to make trees even more bountiful than the trees of the island. Simon used his new power to create a new boat and if the animals would not let food off the island then Simon tried seeds. He tried once again to leave the island and had much success. It took him a while to find his way, but within a week Simon found his way back to the village............., but all had passed away in the village. Simon's tears rained down and he began to rage. Vegetation overran the island destroying everything. Infact the small island had become a monster. For two years Simon terrorized the sea. Stealing life from many lands leaving the inhabitants to starve, but one day he faced a nameless monk who went and defended his village. Simon won, but he had learned much from the monk. Simon ceased his rampage. He took up the monk's teachings and refined himself.
Simon vowed to never let anyone go hungry again. Simon soon became a beloved individual across the sea, but also a very wanted individual. Simon often battled the Navy never killing, though after becoming annoyed Simon would fly into another pit of rage. Destroying entire fleets in his wake. Causing vast destruction and laughing it the marines in peril. After a while the Marines offered him the invitation of Shichibukai. Simon accepted and became known as the Sadistic Pirate Hyde.
(Simon has orders to go to marine head quarter. Simon begrudgingly heads off in that direction via his moving island. Simon keeps a silver needle in his mouth as the ocean breeze goes through his hair.)
