Story: In east blue, there are few people (the MC's/us) who want to become pirates/marines. They leave their village, and they are about to dock off on their own adventure. You can either be a hero of justice, or a pirate who loves adventure, you decide. The first people who join start in the same village, but later on if you join, you will begin whereever the current story is taking place.
Rules:
No haki until mid-grand line, no knowledge of it
You may have it, but none of your crewmates may have haoshoku haki
Not everyone can have the will of D.
You will get a bounty when you commit a crime, or start some trouble. The news paper is released every day, that is when your bounty will be told.
you will rank up in the marines when you capture pirates, at the level of captain, you can take over a marine HQ at a small island.
Tips and Requirements:
Improvise
Pirates; claim islands, steal treasure to buy things, even steal!
Marine; Use strategy to capture pirates. Each 3 fodder pirates (Ex. Alvida) will rank you up.
Devil fruit user unstoppable? Find his weakness.
