[Question] [One Piece] Rate The Story Arcs

Ok now to start the thread: All this waiting for new chapter and the break from the lectures since it's the end of the semester here (there are exams but I can't study all day long, I'd go insane) has me bored to no ends, especially since it's raining all the time and my friends still still have a little bit to go till the end of their semester. So, obviously, as any normal human from 2013 would do, I'm mostly just wasting my time with stupid stuff on the internet and creating stupid threads. So here's another one:

If you were to rate your favorite OP arc with a 10 (for example the Davy Back arc = 10) what rating would you give to all the other arcs?

Those are the my favourite parts of One Piece. I don't really rate the rest of them that highly.

[The Sach]

I am going to post my top 5 arcs only(don't want to rate remaining arcs, as there are many arcs and I am tired).
1. Marineford(9.5/10)-one of the best arcs I have ever read in shonen mangas, for me it is the best arc from all top 3s(bleach, Naruto included).
2. Dressrosa(8.5/10)-Probably an arc which has a potential of surpassing marineford. I love the way Oda is playing his cards.
3. Water 7 arc(7/10)-It has totally different feel attached to it, and that entire Robin and CP9 thing just makes it a spectacular arc for me.
4. Ennies Lobby arc(6.5/10)-Pretty much close to water 7 arc in terms of quality. It is the arc where Luffy aims for high and succeeds in it. I love Zoro vs Kaku fight, and then goodbye mary scene make you cry.
5. Sabaody Archipelago Arc(6/10)-This arc is special for me because it for the first time gave us idea about how powerful an admiral can be(Kuzaru and Kuma destroyed SH literally). It also introduces us to many things including discrimination towards fisherman, which later is seen on larger scale in fishman island arc.
