I think sanji is with that giant woman. The part where the guy is asking about Rogers tombstone looks like sanji
Giant woman? That is a queen, and has a King by his side 
(- look at the white around her, is not giant, is crossdraw/perspective)
I think those might be the father and mother of Sanji, but the man is not mentioned (then we do not know if its Vinsmoke or not)
