One Piece power scale if inferior to Naruto’s; there’s a wide gap.

Wow, I strongly disagree. One Piece has shown larger power scale than NV:

From Whitebeard destroying Islands, Mihawk cutting mountain size constructs with a simple swing, Aokoji freezing entire oceans, to the scale of ace and aokoji's battle.

One Piece has shown far bigger scales than naruto. The only scale that naruto has shown that Onepiece hasn't shown yet is the scale of the Juubi's TBB.

Only the really top people in naruto are stronger than people in OP. Overall OP people are stronger. Exclude the top five in both naruto and OP and OP would win.
