I dont know if this the good section but does anyone know how to unlock blackbeard ???

Do the crew episodes of all of the Strawhat Pirates + Whitebeard.
Then doing that opens up the extra chapters (alternate ending), and complete the extra chapters to unlock more characters.
If I remember correctly...
