One Piece or Naruto?

Read both, watched both, like both.
manga, i'd choose One Piece. it just has a way of expressing the characters which is unbelievably good. I like the manga more than the anime in OP's case, in naruto it's the other way around. it has more laughs, it's more fun to read and there's always some interesting development in each chapter, i've rarely felt cheated, even when i didn't like the arc eg. the current hody jones arc. One critique of OP though was that esp in the beginning sometimes it was quite impossible to follow what's going on, esp in fights, despite naruto fights being more complex.
Anime, i'd choose Naruto, despite the fillers. the animation is better imo, the fights are more fleshed out, imo ninja battles are much more interesting to watch than pirate ones, as opposed to reading. and most importantly, the music for Naruto and One Piece are in two different leagues. It took until Sogeking's appearance to finally have a decent soundtrack with an epic moment, that's something like episode 260 mind you. not to mention that thing of have the first 3-4 (one time it was actually 6 in the water7/enies lobby arc) out of 19 minutes recapping the story is really annoying. On the whole, Naruto seems to do a better job with anime to me.
